The national framework scale for innovation in schools

Scientific studies confirm that innovations come as a result of an organized plan. This means that innovation is a scientific research methodology similar to the methodology used in any project, where it is necessary to make a strategic plan that shows solving the problem on which innovation is based, setting goals, brainstorming all available innovative ideas, legalizing innovative ideas and counting them according to the table of innovation metrics and forming teams. The team leaders define the stages and set a timetable for preparing the prototype, training and evaluating the prototype, developing and improving the model using scientific strategies and measuring its effectiveness in addition to allocating the necessary resources for implementation such as human resources, training, financial resources and the appropriate operational environment.
